Every single BFT session has a unique target PXI score, calculated and tested by the BFT Programming Team.
To achieve the target PXI score, and more importantly the optimal results/adaptations, members will be specifically rewarded for following the heart rates prescribed for BFT in-studio sessions.
No two progressions of the same program will have the same PXI target. It’s all about following the prescription, the results will follow!
How accurately you adhere to the prescribed heart rate zones in a particular session, and therefore how close you get to the target PXI score will determine your post-session reward.
BFT³ rewards heart rate zones, not just high heart rates. Different exercises/prescriptions have different physiological outputs! Follow the prescription for each individual exercise and achieve the optimal result. The desired HR response for a cardio class is not the same as a strength class.
