We're excited to have you join us for this year's BFT Conference, brought to you by Hapana and Ezypay.

Here's what you need to know:

 

  • First-Year Drinks: First time at conference? Join us at Paper Crane at 6:30pm Thursday for a chance to network with other first year attendees.
  • Welcome Drinks: We’ll be hosting Welcome Drinks for all attendees at Paper Crane from 7 - 9pm on Thursday.
  • Sweat Sessions: Get ready to break a sweat in one of our sessions starting at 5:15am Friday and Saturday. Make sure you book via the BFT Booking App - waitlist and late cancel rules apply! Don’t forget to bring your Hapana x Ezypay Sweat Towels!
  • Breakfast: The most important meal of the day! Open Daily at Paper Crane from 6:00am.
  • Expo Area: Catch up with our Brand Sponsors in the Expo Area at Cairns Conference Centre, opening at 8:00am Friday and Saturday. Head up the escalator to find our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Naming Rights sponsors.
  • Saturday Breakout Sessions: Get ready to learn and connect. On Saturday you’ll have the opportunity to attend five breakout sessions of your choice, to meet the needs of your studio. Select the sessions you’d like to attend in the BFT Booking App.
